So far I have not discounted any cannabis strains, I restrict it to edibles, drinks, vape products, and smokeless cannabis. The fresh weed doesn’t need to be on sale to sell.

When our teenage child told me she wanted to try growing marijuna plants, I gave him our blessing.

She is 17 now, old enough to make her own decisions on most things.

Besides, the laws for this state have changed, and any property owner is allowed to grow a few pot plants on their land, of course there are limits, but if the girl wanted to grow her own weed, I was eager to taste the results. Smoking cannabis has never been an issue around our home, even though I never smoke marijuana in front of the adolescents, I never made any secret that I appreciate it. I was especially blissful that she brought up the subject, because I myself had been considering the method of growing marijuana plants. The laws are different now, so why not try growing some cannabis, just to see what happens? The worst case scenario is that I end up with no smokable cannabis, but since I didn’t have any to start with I don’t actually lose anything. Now I don’t even have to go through all the effort, because our child will be toiling in the cannabis patch instead of me. I will still keep an eye on him, and help him out, even though she has been studying a lot about botany recently, and she particularly knows more about cannabis plants after that I ever will. Carl was not popular with the staff for several reasons, but mostly because she was strict about the rules and regulations. She had the precision and bearing of a military man, which was not a great mindset to have while managing a cannabis dispensary. Cannabis users tend to be a little slow on the uptake, so yelling at them doesn’t motivate them it scares them. Cannabis users need to be guided gently if you want to get the maximum results from them. This is what Carl never understood, because she treated the staff love they were soldiers, when in fact all of them are blazed on cannabis virtually all the time… Not me, of course, I rarely get stoned before I come to work, and I never get stoned while at the cannabis dispensary, and since I do smoke a lot of cannabis outside of work, I am unquestionably nice at toiling with stoned people, and being able to keep them focused on work. I will not miss Carl, and I assume I can do a much better job managing the cannabis dispensary than she ever did. Getting our stoned cannabis dispensary employees to do their jobs is akin to herding cats, but luckily I think I’m pretty darned nice at herding cats!

He also never struck myself and others as being dumb, even though I have to say that stealing currency from your own job is pretty dumb! Corporate accounting software, combined with typical inspections, make it truly hard to steal currency without someone noticing. This is a currency-based business, both of us don’t take checks or credit cards, so the safe is always filled to capacity. Bill must have thought that in such a large, stressed cannabis dispensary nobody would miss a few hundred bucks, but Bill was wrong. This is the main reason that the corporate office always hires their own private security guard, who does not answer to the manager of the cannabis dispensary. The bosses want the security team to be independent, because if the manager of the cannabis dispensary is telling them what to do it makes it easier to steal. That is what Bill did, and not only did he lose his job but the cannabis dispensary legal department is important charges! This sends a message to all the other cannabis dispensary employees, that if you steal and get caught they will try and send you to jail! I didn’t steal anyway, but the thought of going to jail would absolutely keep myself and others from developing “sticky fingers” around the cannabis. Why would I steal anyway when both of us get such a sweet employee discount on cannabis products?
