Most of the time I don’t need it until the evening

I always get compliments from doctors and friends about how healthy I am. I thankfully experience little to no health complications in my life. I owe it to two things, low stress and making health a priority. I just am not a stressed person. In the morning I will make a cup of tea and then brush my cat before work. Who is going to be all anxious when you do that? Brushing my cat is so soothing to me. He loves it and purrs for me. Sometimes he flops down on the living room rug and offers his belly. Well I just feel so great after that. My tea I slip in a little CBD oil just to mellow me out and keep me loose for the day. On my lunch break I like to work out since it makes me feel physically better. I stretch, get a good sweat in and take a nice, leisurely shower. I work what I want and when I want to. I take only as much work as I can stand. Afterwards I like to go for walks and listen to music. This Is great for my mental health. I am basically meditating while moving. Occasionally I will bring my vape pen with me and vape cannabis oil. Most of the time I don’t need it until the evening. I will vape a bit in order to help me sleep at night. Sometimes I just need to loosen things up in order to rest. I don’t feel cannabis is the sole cure for stress, but it really does help quite a bit.

I have been honestly distraught and depressed about our ex-bestie, but the two of us broke up a couple of months ago and it has been hard on me, however she moved out and never looked back, a month later I saw her with another guy at the theater. For a while, I completely forgot about our bestie and all of the crappy stuff that she did during our relationship. I have a sign in the driveway telling people not to park on the lawn side of the driveway for this reason. I once had a delivery driver get stuck in the mud. Since then I have had the sign up in the driveway. I suppose the marijuana delivery driver did not see the sign on Tuesday when it was raining. The guy parked outside on the left side of the driveway. He did not use the emergency brake. He also left the car running which caused it to vibrate and start sliding in the mud. When the kid went back to his car, it was halfway down the ditch. The delivery driver came back to the house and started knocking on the door. He wanted to guess if the two of us could help him get out of the ditch. I asked the kid if he saw the sign at the end of the driveway. He had not seen the sign and the two of us had to help him out of the mess. Thankfully our hubby has chains on the truck. The people I was with and I affixed one of the chains to the bumper of the car and entirely pulled it out of the ditch. The kid drove away into the night. I’m sure he had a good story to tell all the people back at the marijuana dispensary. That kid looked terrified when he had to tell us that he was stuck in our driveway.
