My family owned some land

Several generations ago my family was wealthy! This is the story I’ve been told by my family, time in addition to again, and currently the family is not wealthy in the slightest, so I am not 100% convinced they are telling me the truth.

  • The only bit of evidence they have that we ever had money, is a ploy of land with a 100-year old apartment on it, located a few miles away from the city… I have been told that our family helped build in addition to found the town way back in 1837, and of course if you know anything about the area, you know that the settlement reality picked up in 1837, however it would take a long time to become an common town.

I have seen the common documents, in addition to we actually do own 300 acres of land near the city, although it has sat unused for decades; Having done all my homework on the subject, in addition to the land, I made the long drive to the neighborhood to spend a few mornings exploring my modern property. In all likelihood I would just hire a supplier to sell the land, because I didn’t want to transfer to the jungle outside of the neighborhood for the rest of my life. I was del;ighted to find that the town has a lot of culture, wonderful fishing in addition to sailing, in addition to some truly excellent cannabis strains. I easily spent an extra day in town just going to see all of the different cannabis shops in addition to buying exotic products, and as much as I enjoyed there, in addition to the cannabis, the apartment I owned was disastrous.

Treating migraines with cannabis

I’ve suffered from migraines for many years.

For me, they are caused by stress, dehydration, lack of sleep and all sorts of things.

The pain can be severe enough that I become sensitive to lights and sounds, feel nauseous and struggle to get out of bed. I can sometimes prevent a headache by drinking lots of water or taking a nap. Most of the time, I need to take medication. While over-the-counter Excedrin works fairly well for me, I don’t like to take it. I am also unwilling to take prescription medication. I worry about potential side-effects. I was extremely thankful when medical marijuana was finally legalized in my state. This provided access to a plant-based remedy. Getting qualified for my MMJ card was super easy. Having this card allows me to shop at the dispensary and purchase cannabis without paying tax. The dispensary carried every possible consumption method, including smokable flower, pre-rolls, vapes, tinctures, topicals, concentrates, edibles and beverages. Sativas strains offer energizing effects while indicas tend to provide more relaxing effects. I am more concerned about the chemical profile of the various products. I’ve experimented with different THC and CBD levels and consumption methods. I’ve found several strains that take the edge off even the worst migraine symptoms, including pain and nausea. OG Kush and OG Shark are two of my preferred strains. For those times when I need to be clear-headed, I choose CBD gummies or beverages. They are discreet, cause no psychoactive effects and allow me to go about my regular daily activities.

Getting my MMJ card to treat arthritis

For the past few years, I’ve had issues with arthritis in my hands.

The symptoms flare up at certain times of the year.

My fingers swell and my knuckles ache. It can be difficult to make a fist. I struggle with everyday tasks such as buttoning a jacket, tying my shoes or braiding my air. It’s nearly impossible to open jars. Typing on my laptop is painful. That becomes a big problem, because I work by way of my computer. I considered a potential prescription from a doctor, but was unwilling to risk the long-term side-effects. I try to stay away from synthetic pharmaceuticals and prefer more natural remedies. When I was researching potential treatments, I came across success stories from arthritis sufferers who had turned to medical marijuana. Reading those convinced me to arrange an appointment with a local doctor who provides medical marijuana recommendations. The process to get my MMJ card wasn’t all that difficult or time-consuming. The cost was a bit aggravating, and the card is only valid for one year. However, it gave me access to a wide assortment of medical cannabis at the local dispensary. I have found that a combination of tinctures, edibles and topicals work well to alleviate my symptoms. I apply cannabis-infused ointments directly to my sore fingers. With sublingual absorption of the cannabinoids, tinctures offer fast-acting effects. The edibles take a few hours to provide relief but include long-lasting and more intense effects. I choose products with a higher CBD to THC ratio. CBD has proven effective in treating chronic pain and inflammation.

Getting my dad on medical weed

When my dad’s anxiety got out of control my mother’s solution was to get him on happy pills.

She took him to a doctor that forced a prostate exam in order to get his medications. Then he had to remember to call in the script. After that, my father needed to pick it up, actually take it and renew it again once the pills were up. He was horrible about this. More often than not my father was off his pills. Even on his pills he wasn’t great. When the year was up and he had to go back to the doctor, he flat out refused. I found that the medical weed route is so much easier on the patient. My father didn’t need to get a prostate exam. He just talked to a doctor for a few minutes. I then filled out his papers online, paid his 75 dollar fee and he got a card in a few weeks. Anytime my dad runs out, he just goes to the dispensary near him. Rather than pop a pill, he can vape cannabis oil. Since he is a mechanic it is easy for him to keep a vape on him and his boss is very cool about it. My father is now always on medical weed and his anxiety is so much better. After the year is up, he only needs to see his doctor for one visit and he is back in business. My dad isn’t dreading it at all and plans to renew. It is just so much easier and nicer to do medical weed rather than pills. I feel it is healthier for him mentally and physically too.

Waited too long to get my medical marijuana card

For a long time I resisted becoming a medical weed patient.

The issue I had was the time spent to become a patient.

I read that I need to see a doctor, pay a fee, fill out paperwork and wait for the actual card. I figured getting medical weed would just be too hard, too time consuming and way too expensive. Well turns out, it actually was easy. When my friend Taylor became a medical marijuana patient, I knew it couldn’t be difficult. That guy is notoriously lazy. I found a doctor to prescribe me weed easily. The worst and longest part of the process was sitting in the waiting room. After that, it was all smooth sailing. I talked to the guy for maybe five minutes and then I had a script and a code to go on this online platform. I filled out the paperwork, paid 75 dollars and my medical weed card came in the mail two weeks later. Now for a year I have access to medical marijuana. That was how easy it was! Only 75 dollars invested. Only one day at the doctor. The process was idiot proof as well. Anyone who thinks about becoming a medical weed patient, I push them heavily. It is so easy and wonderful to have. Hardly any work for what you get. After the year is up, I will 100% renew since I know the process is streamlined and simple. Medical weed has improved my life so much. I am honestly kicking myself that it took me this long to get the card.

The pain in my leg was getting worse

I never thought that I would be the type of person to use cannabis products for pain management.

I thought that it was a joke to hear people say that they were using cannabis products for pain management.

I didn’t suppose it was possible to get high and feel pain relief at the same time. I entirely didn’t know that much about cannabis, to be honest. I truly talked a lot, but I do not suppose I entirely knew what I was saying. When the pain in my leg was absolutely unbearable, I went to the medical professional for help. Of course he wanted to prescribe pain pills and I knew that was a death sentence. I was only 47 years aged and I didn’t want to be an addict by the time I was 50. I knew that meant be genuinely careful. I asked my medical professional if there were any other solutions to the problem, however he commanded surgery. I wasn’t going to have surgery so the next best option was cannabis, and cannabis products are legal for recreational and medical use. It’s super easy to get a medical card for cannabis, but it’s not necessary… You save a little bit on the taxes, but you can go to any recreational or medical marijuana dispensary to buy the products that you need. The pain in my leg has been getting worse and worse, so I have been thinking more and more about cannabis. The women in my bingo group rave about cannabis and edibles. It might be time for me to see if they can help with the pain in my body.

The dispensary nearby has a great selection of concentrates

The sativa concentrate is made from live resin and that makes it even more fragrant and delicious

The dispensary near me has a great selection of concentrates. The selection of concentrates is one of the largest reasons why I regularly go to that recognizable marijuana dispensary. There are places around neighborhood that are entirely cheaper, however no one has a better selection of concentrates. The shopper service is pretty great too. The marijuana dispensary has a no questions asked policy on all returns. You cannot get your money back, however you can get anything of equal value. You don’t have to supply a reason other than the fact that you are displeased… As long as there is something inside of the container, you qualify to get a store credit. I truly care about the selection of sativa concentrates. Most of the places around here have one or two sativas, however the dispensary near me has more than a dozen weird sativas from three or four weird manufacturers. One of my favorite products is a sativa concentrate that is called mimosa. It has a nice green flavor that is sweet. The sativa concentrate is made from live resin and that makes it even more fragrant and delicious. Whatever there is mimosa concentrate in stock at the dispensary, I regularly make sure to grab at least one gram of product. When the dispensary is having a great sale for the holidays, I stock up on all of the things that I love. Over christmas, there was a buy one and get one free sale on lots of weird products and I took fortune of the sale by purchasing my daily limit of marijuana concentrates every single day until the sale was over.
