I have come to the realization that I am terrible at hiring people. I interview a person and right away want them on my cannabis dispensary team. I see a smart, determined, friendly person that is a fine fit, then after about many weeks I realized I had a problem, and my staff was showing up late, stealing my products and terrible at client interfacing. I fired and hired tons of people over the past few months. I just wasn’t getting any better. Anybody that I hired who managed to show up on time and be nice were terrible at selling. I couldn’t figure out what to do for the longest time. A friend of mine also owns a cannabis dispensary, but she said she used a cannabis consulting service when it came to forming her diepsneary. She needed help with the marijuana application and permit! They helped with the paperwork and legal side of the business. Apparently marijuana supplier consultants have many branches though. So I called them up and told them I needed help with hiring. My recreational marijuana consultant was great! He told myself and others to take a step back and he would get myself and others a team. The guy hired a whole modern team of budtenders after a few weeks, and next he had them undergo cannabis training at a nearby facility. They did tons of practice selling to each other and honestly bonded as a crew. They are honestly smart, determined and friendly people. The cannabis consultant honestly saved my butt with that. I never would have found these people.

I got thrown into the deep end as soon as I arrived, however customers were asking me questions about marijuana strains & products & I genuinely didn’t have the first clue how to help them. I wanted to quit our job for the first time ever

I was so enthusiastic when I got the job working at the marijuana shop. I applied for 6 months before someone finally interviewed myself and others for a position. I thought that I was pretty fortunate when I finally got an interview. I woke up bright and early on that day and took a shower. I was ready and prepped with questions for the interview. The manager called myself and others a couple of mornings later and offered myself and others a position working as a marijuana delivery driver. I was bummed out when I had to say no. I didn’t have a automobile that was capable of making deliveries every day. I thought I was done but the manager then offered myself and others a position inside of the building. I started working section time and eventually I picked up more hours. I currently work around 40 or 45 hours every week. I don’t mind getting overtime. It’s nice to be able to pay all of our bills. One thing that I care about about our boss is that he is regularly legitimate and flexible with the schedule. When I need a day off he has regularly been there to say yes. She is just as nice to the other employees that work at the marijuana dispensary, not many of weeks ago that manager ended up giving more than two people the same month off and all more than two were daytime shift employees. She couldn’t say no after approving all of the holiday time, so the people I was with and I were totally stuck having to deal with the missing personnel. I wanted to quit our job for the first time ever. I was ready to walk out of the building and leave. Every one of us were severely understaffed throughout that entire week.

Only some of years ago, I was inspected with a chronic ailment that will eventually make it impossible to walk. There are times when I have disappointing pain in my body plus my muscles. I use medical marijuana products to help with the pain. If I do not use marijuana in the night, I do not get any sleep at all. I keep a selection of strange edibles in my beach house so I do not have to medicate with the same product morning after morning. One of my favorite products is a chocolate candy bar that has almonds plus salted caramel. It has a really good flavor plus I suppose that chocolate enhances the effects of the cannabis. Every time I have cannabis plus chocolate, I seem to get more pain relief.

I have a tied up work schedule throughout the morning. I wake up at 7am so I can shower, meditate, plus eat our dinner while slowly sipping our first cup of coffee. Typically I get started working at our laptop around 9am plus will stay glued to our laptop for several hours until I take a quick supper break at 12pm. Between the cannabis plus the coffee, I end up working at a faster rate than I would with either of them present in our life.

I hate getting pulled over by the police, regardless of the reason.

The first time it happened I was 16 driving my mother’s vehicle to the grocery store and a state trooper flashed his lights in my rearview mirror.

However, I wasn’t speeding and hadn’t committed any traffic violations that I could know of, leaving me upset and sad from the outset. He told me that my mother’s tags were expired by a month and needed to be updated at the DMV immediately. Thankfully I was given a simple warning and was told to take the registration with me to the DMV and get the new tags put on as soon as possible. The next time I got pulled over by the police it was the result of a headlight that went out separate from me realizing it. At first I thought I must have been speeding, but the kind police officer only mentioned the light, nothing else. Recently I was pulled over because I rolled a stop sign on accident, although I knew things were going in the wrong direction when he told me to get out of the car. I had just left the cannabis dispensary and assumed that he had stinked them when he walked up to the window. When he asked me why I had cannabis, I calmly showed him my medical marijuana card. Despite calling for backup, the hour cop confirmed that my card was fair and told me that I could go. It was a aggravating experience to say the least, but I’m happy I got out of it separate from having my products confiscated. I have study about sparse cases in particular municipalities where the local government is harshly anti-weed and the cops will go out of their way to make life hard for medical cannabis patients.
