I have to get an HR department

I never considered human resources a upscale part of a supplier. I just didn’t want to invest the cash plus time into it. If all the people gets along, what is the point of getting an HR department? I knew that there were dispensary HR services. You could hire out a human resource supplier partner for dispensaries; That way they are all off on their own island. I wouldn’t need to manage them or spend my money them like a normal worker. Years went by plus I didn’t hire out for HR. I thought it was all good enough… Well I recently was in a tricky situation. I had a female budtender that was being harassed by 1 of my male workers. It was a lot of he said, she said. There were some hinky emails plus inappropriate things said while in a chop that a few people witnessed. I realized that this situation was only going to get worse if left unchecked. I knew I needed to get off my butt plus onto the human resource train. I was so thankful that there is a cannabis dispensary software supplier that can do all of this. They found the right HR department worker plus software for me. They then handled the issue with grace, both my workers are still on staff however we have set a good precedent on what is plus isn’t allowed. It is better to have someone keeping my workers in check that isn’tme. I wouldn’t want to come across as biased at all.
