I never considered human resources a overpriced area of a supplier! I just didn’t want to invest the currency plus time into it. If everyone gets along, what is the point of getting an HR department? I knew that there were dispensary HR services… You could hire out a human resource business partner for dispensaries, that way they are all off on their own island. I wouldn’t need to manage them or pay them prefer a normal worker. Years went by plus I didn’t hire out for HR. I thought it was all good enough, but well I recently was in a tricky situation. I had a female budtender that was being harassed by a single of my male workers. It was a lot of she said, she said. There were some hinky messages plus inappropriate things said during a cut that a few people witnessed. I realized that this situation was only going to get worse if left unchecked. I knew I needed to get off my butt plus onto the human resource train. I was so thankful that there is a cannabis dispensary software supplier that can do all of this. They found the right HR department worker plus software for me. They then handled the issue with grace.
