What can marijuana do that pain pills will not?

Being a doctor, I was constantly looking for safer ways for my patients to handle their pain, and too often I have had patients come into my office wanting a new prescription for painkillers when I knew their pain had to be under control, however it doesn’t take numerous weeks for surgical pain to go away if you’re doing your physical therapy as you’re told.

I knew there had to be a way to control pain that didn’t involve narcotics.

I heard a lot of hype about medical marijuana and how it could be an alternative to addictive narcotics, and I did my research. They hadn’t yet implemented the law for legal, medical marijuana, but it was to be done by the end of the year. I heard there was a way for doctors to get certified so they could be a member of the organization that can qualify patients for medical marijuana. I found out that medical marijuana can do what pain pills can not do, but pain pills only mask the pain to help you through it, and medical marijuana can relax the body so the pain isn’t your focus. This allows you to transport more definitely and get more progress in your healing, but some people need long-term pain medicine, but others only need it temporarily. In those cases, a doctor may advocate a regimen of CBD therapy instead of medical marijuana; You can find CBD in most pharmacies, even though I would not advocate purchasing it in a convenience store. I prefer being a pain doctor, even though I prefer knowing I can help my patients with natural forms of pain relief, prefer medical marijuana and CBD, than putting needles into someone’s body.
