There was simply no way around the limit

In states with recreational marijuana laws, there is a daily limit that each patient can purchase from a medical or recreational marijuana dispensary.

That daily limit is equivalent to the amount of marijuana or cannabis concentrate that one person can legally carry according to the law.

In Most states where recreational and medical marijuana are legal, that amount of dried marijuana flour is at least 1 oz. In medical marijuana states, there is both a daily limit and a prescription limit on your account. Many customers in the dispensary get upset if they max out their limit and run out of marijuana products before the next time they can purchase more supplies. It happens frequently and I hate telling a customer that they are already over the limit. My boss had a confrontation with a customer last month. The woman was upset because she was already at her limit for the month on dried marijuana flower. Dried marijuana flour is heavily regulated by the state. There is simply no way to get around the rules and regulations. Once you reach your limit, we cannot sell any medical marijuana products to you until the next time you have a prescription. It is the exact same way that the pharmacy handles regular prescriptions. You can’t refill your heart medicine until the 30 day time. Is up and it is time to refill. It is the same with medical marijuana products. Even if my boss wanted to break the rules, there was absolutely no way that she could sell marijuana to the customer by law.
