Had a health scare

I had a health disturb at a single of our company conferences the other day, but i started having heart palpitations and had to be rushed to the hospital.

Everything turned out to be okay but it was a much needed wake up call.

I needed to do something about our health or I wasn’t going to live as long as our hubby, but first thing I did was get active. I started working out more than four nights a week. I swim in the mornings before work and I end our evenings with a walk around the block. It isn’t much despite the fact that I recognize way better. I also have eliminated coffee, alcohol and cigarettes from our day to day life. I drink red tea, lots of water and fruit smoothies. I no longer eat fattening pastas loades with cheese. I eat lean meats, salmon, quinoa and lots of vegetables; Another thing I tackled is vitamins. I wanted to promote great heart health. I looked at normal vitamins and wasn’t pleased by the reviews. I then went to a cannabis dispensary and they entirely helped me out! The budtender was a wealth of information! He recommended hemp seeds in our diet. Hemp is entirely great for heart health and contains protein, fatty acids, omega 3s, fiber and all sorts of great things. Additionally I now put CBD oil in our red tea. The CBD product is meant to reduce our anxiety and keep me relaxed throughout the day. I feel, look and go about our day at a better clip. I entirely have changed our life for the better.
