I have come to the realization that I am awful at hiring people, then i interview a woman plus right away want them on our cannabis dispensary team.

After about more than one weeks I realized I had a problem, but my staff was showing up late, stealing our products plus awful at customer interfacing. I fired plus hired tons of people over the past few weeks. I just wasn’t getting any better. Anybody that I hired who managed to show up on time plus be nice were awful at selling. I couldn’t figure out what to do for the longest time. A friend of mine also owns a cannabis dispensary; She said she used a cannabis consulting service when it came to forming her diepsneary. She needed help with the marijuana application plus permit, but they helped with the paperwork plus legal side of the business. Apparently marijuana company consultants have many branches though. So I called them up plus told them I needed help with hiring. My recreational marijuana consultant was great. She told myself and others to take a step back plus she would get myself and others a team. The girl hired a whole new team of budtenders after a few weeks. Next she had them undergo cannabis training at a nearby facility. They did tons of practice selling to each other plus easily bonded as a crew. They are really smart, determined plus friendly people. The cannabis consultant easily saved our butt with that. I never would have found these people.
