I hate having to search almost everyone down to make sure that they are on time for their shift at the marijuana dispensary, but it’s my job as the employer to make sure that all of the employees are there, despite the fact that I have a group of adults who should be able to come to toil on time.
I am often in the middle of meetings, SMSs, or PC calls when employees leave plus arrive. I cannot consistently be available. I complained over plus over again to the owner of the cannabis dispensary… The older woman remembers doing things the way they were done in the past. I tried to tell her that there were plenty of ways to streamline the process so I did not have so much aggravation plus wasted time. The employer came to talk with me last week plus she told me that she was looking at a cannabis dispensary employee management software program. The cannabis dispensary employee management software would be installed by the program supervisor plus then there would be a brief orientation on a Sunday that almost everyone would need to attend. I thought that the software sounded like a great idea. I was totally gung-ho about the idea until I found out that each of my employees plus I would have to drive all the way to the town for the orientation, on the same exact morning. I asked my boss if she was going to toil on that Sunday plus she said no. The only other opportunities are to close that morning while almost everyone is away or have the meeting on two separate days.
