I hate having to search almost everyone down to make sure that they are on time for their shift at the marijuana dispensary, but it’s my task as the supervisor to make sure that all of the employees are there, but I have a group of adults who should be able to come to toil on time.
I am often in the middle of meetings, SMSs, or iPhone calls when employees leave plus arrive.
I can’t consistently be available. I complained over plus over again to the owner of the cannabis dispensary, the older man remembers doing things the way they were done in the past. I tried to tell his that there were plenty of ways to streamline the process so I did not have so much aggravation plus wasted time. The supervisor came to talk with me yesterday plus he told me that he was looking at a cannabis dispensary employee management software program. The cannabis dispensary employee management software would be installed by the program supervisor plus then there would be a brief orientation on a Monday that almost everyone would need to attend. I thought that the software sounded like a good idea. I was totally gung-ho about the idea until I found out that each of my employees plus I would have to drive all the way to the village for the orientation, on the same exact morning. I asked my boss if he was going to toil on that Monday plus he said no. The only other options are to close that morning while almost everyone is away or have the meeting on two separate days.
