I would have never thought that medical marijuana could be used as an aid for drug addicts.
I was reading multiple articles last week, and they all referred to drug addiction and medical marijuana.
They weren’t talking about using medical marijuana for drug addiction, however the new information about how medical marijuana can become addictive. In particular, they said people who had neuro disorders were 20 times more likely to keep raising the amount and strength of medical marijuana they were given during their first visit. Most doctors who give the go-ahead for medical marijuana are not the private doctors of the patients. They are people who, after a cursory exam, will tell the state they approve medical marijuana for this woman. There are no further exams until the need to renew their ID card arrives. Most of the time, the doctor tells the patient they can choose whatever medical marijuana they want, and they can use however much they want. I had to talk to a pharmacist the first time I went to the marijuana pharmacy, however all she asked was why I needed medical marijuana. After the initial consultation, I had only spoken to one other pharmacist, and that was because there was no one available to answer my questions. I have been using medical marijuana for almost two years now. I am worried about the use of medical marijuana, and seriously considering not renewing my medical marijuana ID card when the renewal letter arrives. I’m cheerful I read that article, because it clarified a lot of my worries about how unconcerned the doctor was when I met with him the first time. She didn’t ask if I had a reason for the pain.
