Holistic health is not a diet fad, or a silly workout program, it is an approach to life… Holistic health takes into account every aspect of your lifestyle, including your physical, mental, emotional, plus spiritual well-being; in other words, it is about getting strong plus healthy inside plus out, to achieve balance plus harmony in your life… And the beauty of this philosophy is that it can do its job for pretty much everyone, plus pretty much everyone can do it in their own way—what works for myself and others might not really work for you.
