Holistic health is not a diet fad, nor is it a workout program—it is an approach to life, as holistic health takes into account every aspect of your lifestyle, including your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and in other words, it is about getting strong and healthy inside and out, to achieve balance and harmony in your life… The beauty of this philosophy is that it can work for almost everyone, and almost everyone can do it in their own way… What works for me might not work for you.

In case you were wondering, what works for me is medical cannabis and yoga.

It is not just me, either, the synergistic effects of yoga and medical cannabis are starting to get really popular across the country! Then more and more medical cannabis dispensaries are either opening yoga studios, or finally working with local yoga mentors to supply their patrons what they want. Yoga is always meant to focus the mind and body, and why medical cannabis works so well with it is because it relaxes the mind and body. It is difficult to fully immerse yourself in yoga if the stress of life is simply holding you back, and medical cannabis is the perfect medicine to make you forget about your stress. I suppose there is more to holistic health than simply using medical cannabis and doing yoga, however for me that is what works; but other people focus more on diet or other kinds of exercise, however I am pleased to stick with yoga and medical cannabis.
