One of my buddies came over on Tuesday afternoon and we sat down and talked for almost 2 hours.

The two of us sat and talked. He had a joint in his pocket and I smoked it with him. I was still very high from that marijuana joint when he left and my wife got home to take me to a swim competition. Our son was in the competition and he was swimming in three different events. It was the first time that he was going to swim in the 150 meter breaststroke and we wanted to be there to cheer for him. I was still incredibly high from the marijuana joint when we left the house. I had trouble concentrating on the conversations that we were having. I didn’t feel much better when we got to the place where the competition was held. Every time the gun sounded for the kids to leave the swim blocks, my head started to hurt. I probably could have used some water. My head was pounding by the time that swim competition was over and I honestly didn’t know who had one what event. I was excited to see the competition and I even took a half day off work so my wife and I could go. I wish I hadn’t smoked the marijuana joint with my buddy. It’s a great party drug, but I wasn’t in the type of situation where I could enjoy the effects. I had to sit in the stands and be still, and quiet.

If I am doing something else while I am trying to focus or concentrate, things work out much better. For instance, during the day I have to work lots of different cases. I regularly doodle in the corners of the pages while I read. It’s not as if I am disinterested in what my clients have to say. I am simply finding a way to focus my brain so I can get my work completed. I have trouble at work and I also have issues at home. Just last week I went to the grocery store and I spent more money than I usually would for products like eggs, milk, paper towels, and laundry soap.

It’s easy to see that the prices on lots of everyday items are on the ride. During the summer months, the price of gas went from $5 a gallon to $7 a gallon. Most of my friends couldn’t afford to go anywhere. I didn’t like to leave the house unless I was going to work. It was so nice to see the smile on her face when I showed up to surprise her. We got an extra 15 minutes together that day and we used every single one of the minutes wisely.

I left a good review for the place online and I recommended other parents take their kids on the farm tour. They didn’t say or do anything that was inappropriate and it was a really nice farm tour. It was a great experience for a family with teenagers.
